Former UAlbany Player Eyeing a Future in the XFL?

When the XFL's New York showcase rosters were released on Friday, there was one very familiar name to Capital Region college football fans on them. With the reincarnation of Vince McMahon's football league, a UAlbany grad is working to extend his career.

Brian Dolce collected eight sacks and 122 tackles along the Great Danes' defensive line in his career and he worked out for the New York Giants ahead of April's NFL Draft. Dolce then went to rookie mini-camp with the Buffalo Bills.

The XFL opens early in 2020 and there are regional summer showcases set up around the country.
