Gary Contessa/ Great guy..amazing trainer

Every Friday Jeff Levack and I broadcast from Saratoga race course and every Friday trainer Gary Contessa joins us on air. I met Gary a few years back when I was auctioning off a chance to meet Bruce Springsteen. Highest bidder got great seats and a meet with Bruce backstage. Gary bid 25k and won the contest and per Bruce the Regional food bank got the 25k. I've known Gary for years and he and his wife Jen are two of the best people I know. Yes he does a lot for local charities, Yes he's one of the best trainers in the biz but to give you a real idea of the kind of guy he is after our segment last Friday at Saratoga he said to me "Let me know if you need any money for a charity in need" I did not ask him he just offered it. He understands that giving back is an important thing to do.

He has won top trainer in New York state many times. Gary will join us again this Friday at Saratoga don't miss his always very interesting segment.
