Desperate times call for desperate measures and Dave Gettleman must be feeling the heat with his team being 0-3 to start 2021. That was exemplified when the Giants signed troubled offensive lineman Iasiah Wilson. Wilson was drafted by the Titans and wondered off from the team creating issues right off the bat. He was then traded to the Dolphins where he was cut after 3 days because he did not show up to team meetings among other things. Pat Leonard is all over this story and detailed the whole thing for us above! Make sure to listen for all the details as well as whether or not the Giants can turn it around this Sunday against the Saints.

Also this weekend, the UAlbany football team has a chance to change the climate of the season with a win at Delaware on Saturday. The Great Danes are 0-3 to start but that record is misleading because two of those loses came on the road against North Dakota State and Syracuse. UAlbany needs a break out game from Senior Running Back Karl Mofor, and the defense needs to force a few turnovers, which was the winning formula when the Great Danes won at Delaware Stadium in 2019. The Blue Hens are ranked No.9 in the latest FCS Top 25 Poll, but beatable at home. Both teams are coming off bye weeks, which should lead to a great game in the tough CAA Conference. The Great Danes will go to William and Mary the following week before returning home to face a tough Villanova team on October 16th.
