Incognito Files Grievance Against Dolphins

(AP) — Guard Richie Incognito has filed a grievance against the Miami Dolphins over his suspension for misconduct related to his treatment of teammate Jonathan Martin.

That's according to a person familiar with the situation.

Incognito was suspended Nov. 3 amid allegation of harassing and bullying Martin, who abruptly left the Dolphins late last month to receive help for emotional issues.
