As far as I'm concerned two things are certain. One....The Giants will need a new QB within two years and two that QB is not in this year's NFL Draft. So If I need to find Eli Manning's successor in the next two years and he's not in this year's draft he better be in next year's. So let's look at the odds to see which college quarterback is the favorite to  win the Heisman and decide if he should be the Giants' next signal caller.

According to the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook these are the opening odds to win the 2019 Heisman trophy:

Tua Tagovailoa JR QB (Alabama) 5/2
Trevor Lawrence SO QB (Clemson) 3/1
Jalen Hurts SR QB (Oklahoma) 6/1
Justin Fields SO QB (Ohio State) 6/1
Adrian Martinez SO QB (Nebraska) 6/1
Jake Fromm JR QB (Georgia) 17/1
Justin Herbert SR QB (Oregon) 30/1
Kellen Mond JR QB (Texas A&M) 50/1

Obviously underclassmen need not apply so Lawrence, Fields and Martinez are out. However Tua, the current favorite will be fair game.
