It's understandable that you may be a little upset if you are in court facing several years in jail. You may be justified to be angry with the possibility of having your freedom taken away.

However, it seems a New York woman let her anger get the best of her when a judge was handing down her sentence for attempted murder.

So What's The Back Story About This New York Woman In Court?

Viktoria Nasyrova, a Russian-born Brooklyn, New York resident, was convicted earlier this year of attempted murder when she tried to kill her friend and steal her identity.

According to reporting from CBS News, Nasyrova took a very powerful drug that is only found in Russia and put it in some cheesecake that she gave to her friend Olga Svyk.

Nasyrova called her friend Svyk, who was a lash artist, to help with an alleged lash emergency. It was during that interaction the poisoned piece of cheesecake was given to Svyk to eat. The next day Svyk was found unconscious and extremely sick with a lot of valuables and some personal belongings missing.

After an investigation and trial, Nasyrova was convicted of several crimes including attempted murder.

What Happened During Nasyrova's Sentencing Hearing

If this story wasn't strange enough, during the sentencing hearing in New York State Supreme Court in Queens, NYS Supreme Court Judge Kenneth Holder had just finished issuing Nasyrova her sentence of 21 years in New York State prison when she decided to let Justice Holder know how she feels.

F-ck you!

The swearing happened as Nasyrova was being led out of the courtroom by officers to begin her servicing her sentence.

A ruthless and calculating con artist is going to prison for a long time for trying to murder her way to personal profit and gain... Thankfully, the victim survived the attack on her life and we were able to deliver justice to her.
