Foo Fighters Announce Surprise Show At Small Club In Connecticut

Surprise! Foo Fighters announce last minute show at small club in Connecticut. Foo Fighters will play Toad's Place in New Haven, CT on Tuesday September 23rd and they are doing it the old fashioned way.

The good news is, tickets to see Foo Fighters at Toad's Place are only $30! Bad news is, the tickets sold out very quickly.

On Monday September 22nd at 3pm, Foo Fighters announced a surprise show at the legendary Toad's Place in New Haven. One hour later tickets were on sale. No Internet que for tickets. No pre-sale events. The catch? Fans needed to purchase tickets at the venue. 2 ticket limit per person.

According to fan experiences there were approximately 150 people in line by 3:15pm. Hundreds more followed as the line stretched down York Street, in and out of the Yale campus and snaking several city blocks. Take a look at the video below.

Doors will open at approximately 6pm on Tuesday, September 23. Upon arriving to Toad's Place, your physical ID is required to enter the venue. Your ID must match the order in their system. Entry into the venue is dependent on your physical ID matching the order in the system.

If you purchased 2 tickets, you and your guest must enter the venue together. If you enter without your guest, your second ticket will be forfeited. Have fun!
