The last Friday of every month in downtown Troy is a very special day. That is Troy Night Out. In October the last Friday of the month happens to fall on the day before Halloween. What better way to celebrate that than with a spooky party for all ages.

Our friends at Odd House, located at 199 River Street in Troy, and Downtown Troy are presenting a spooky spectacular that is going to be the prefect precursor to your Halloween shenanigans. Troy Night Out: The Haunting is happening October 30, 2026 from 5pm-9pm on lower River Street in Troy.

At this event you'll be able to explore some great local vendors, hear live music and other performances and even get a Tarot reading. Not to mention there will also be ghost tours and other fun event throughout the night.

Two of the Capital Region's Most Haunted Cemeteries

There are a number of allegedly haunted places around the Capital Region and Upstate New York. Albany Rural Cemetery along with Schenectady's Vale Cemetery have developed reputations for being two of the most haunted in our area.
