The Heroic Corn Maze is in the running for USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Award for Best Corn Maze in America. You can vote online once every day and help Fort Ticonderoga earn a spot among the top ten in the country.

The 2026 Heroic Corn Maze is open through October 25th and features a new design inspired by six incredible stories of bravery and adventure from 1775 and 1776.

According to Fort Ticonderoga's website, visitors will learn about covert scouting missions to Montreal, the legendary Noble Train of Artillery to Boston, and other pivotal moments from the American Revolution.

History at Every Turn to Get Through Heroic Maze

Clues and challenges are hidden throughout the six-acre maze, so you will need to solve puzzles and find your way out while discovering a new piece of history around every turn.

The experience is divided into two phases for different ages and ability levels. Families can begin with a smaller maze that takes about 20 minutes before moving on to the main Maze Quest Adventure.

Fort Ticonderoga played a pivotal role in the fight for American independence. It is pretty remarkable to remember that a place with this much national history is right in our backyard.
