An Amazing Career

Few actors have built a career quite like Liam Neeson. Whether you know him as Oskar Schindler, Qui-Gon Jinn, Batman's mentor, or Bryan Mills from the Taken movies, the Northern Ireland native has spent decades becoming one of Hollywood's most recognizable and highest-paid stars.

And at 74, Neeson shows no signs of slowing down.

His latest action thriller, The Mongoose, opens in theaters Friday, October 30th. The film stars Neeson alongside Marisa Tomei, Ving Rhames, and Michael Chiklis.

In the movie, Neeson plays a decorated war hero accused of a crime he didn't commit. With nothing to lose, he leads police on a wild, televised cross-country chase, with a little help from his former Special Forces buddies.

After starring in nearly 100 movies and accumulating an estimated fortune of more than $150 million, it's safe to say he's earned the right to slow things down whenever he chooses.

What many people don't realize is that one of Neeson's favorite places to do just that isn't in California; it's right here in New York.

An Hour South of Albany

About 70 miles south of Albany in the Hudson Valley hamlet of Wassaic, Neeson owns an incredible country estate that's as impressive as any Hollywood set.

The sprawling property features a massive farmhouse-style mansion, beautiful rolling grounds, an outdoor swimming pool, a separate pool house, a tennis court, and even a state-of-the-art home theater.

Inside, the luxurious home offers spacious living areas and private bathrooms for every bedroom.
