After 7 Years Saratoga County Brewery Will Close Its Doors
A beloved brewery in Saratoga County will close its doors for good at the end of 2025. The owners say it's time.
Unified Beerworks in Malta is getting ready to pour its last round. The brewery, tucked away on Old Stonebreak Road, shared the news with its followers in a heartfelt Facebook post on November 19th. It is the kind of message that makes you stop and remember how much a place can mean to a community.
They wrote,
When you embark on any big adventure, you know at some point there will be an end. As 2025 comes to a close, our adventure with Unified Beerworks will reach its end.
They went on to say how proud they are of what they created over the past seven years and how many memories they have collected with staff, customers, and colleagues who became friends and family.
They also thanked everyone for their support and added that the final day of business will be Saturday, December 27th, a day they hope people will come together one last time to celebrate the beautiful adventure that is and will always be Unified.
If you have ever visited, you know how much personality the place has. Owners Jeff Mannion and Erika Anderson built something special. Jeff has been the mind behind the craft beers, from New England style IPAs and pale ales to rich stouts. Erika brought her own creative touch with fruity sours and unique saisons. Together, they created a space that felt relaxed and welcoming.
As the end of December approaches, they are inviting everyone to stop in, raise a glass, and share some memories before the doors close for good.
