Power's Inn and Pub To Close After 15 Years
When it comes to dining and grabbing a beer in Clifton Park, there are a ton of chain restaurants to frequent - but the spots we really love are our great local eateries and pubs. It is a short list of stellar local pubs and grubs, and this is definitely sad news today for fans and patrons of Power's Inn and Pub just off Route 9 in Clifton Park.
Jim and Charlie Cahill, the owners of Power's, announced on its Facebook page earlier today (Friday, September 11th) to thank their patrons and to reveal, "After 15 years, with many great memories and much loss, we have made a hard decision. The restaurant is now closed."
They went on to add that a portion of the Power's operation will remain in business as The Barn at Powers will continue to host events and provide catering.
