Joe Buck Says NFL Planning On Fake Crowd Noise
During an interview with Andy Cohen on Sirius XM's "Andy Cohen Live" NFL Announcer Joe Buck Said the NFL would get creative about the lack of fans at games. Be ready for Fake crowd noise and virtual fans at games this season.
According to Joe Buck if and when the NFL plays games this season you shouldn't expect real fans in the stadiums but that doesn't mean you won't hear them. Buck said "its pretty much a done deal" that FOX and other networks will have fake crowd noise added to the broadcasts to keep the TV viewing experience close to what we all normally get. As a matter of fact he also believes there will be virtual fans added to the stands so they don't look empty.
I've been calling for this all along. It amazes me that the WWE hasn't done this yet. Obviously, in a perfect world, we'd all be allowed to go to the games but this is the next best thing. I feel like anyone that's played EA Sports Madden football knows how realistic this system can be.
