Derek Fisher has been tight-lipped on his alleged scuffle with Matt Barnes back in October. Matt Barnes on the other hand had no problem bashing both Fisher and the New York media.

"We're two grown men who should have handled two grown men's business," said Barnes, according to the LA Times, "but he wanted to run and tell the cops  and NBA

"The New York Post is run by the New York Knicks, so it's obviously a way of trying to make me look like the bad guy."

According to the Post back in October, Fisher was at Barnes' estranged wife's house whenever Barnes heard the news and drove over 90 minutes to confront Fisher on the priority and engaged in fisticuffs.

While the NBA is still investigating the incident, Barnes is no stranger to getting in trouble. In 2010, the veteran forward was arrested in suspicion of domestic violence and in 2012 he went to jail on a traffic warrant.

Oh, and the best news? None of this is going away as the Knicks play Barnes and the Grizzlies on January 16.
