Get your bratwurst-eating mouth ready for the annual Oktobeerfest, coming to the Saratoga County Fairgrounds this month!

Oktobeerfest 2014 will be held on Saturday, September 27 from noon to 7 p.m. at the fairgrounds. The afternoon festival features authentic German bier and cuisine, in addition to seasonal craft beers from regional breweries.

Event attendees will be able to enjoy live music all day long, including from the Fritz Polka Band from noon to 1 p.m.; The Refrigerators from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.; The Mallet Brothers from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and Cabinet from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.


Tickets are just $10 in advance and include a free mug (tickets won on the radio do not include a free mug)! Day of tickets are $15 and do not include a mug. Mugs are available for purchase and cost $5-$10, depending on style.


Beers are sold by drink tickets, which are $5 each for a full beer.
