Heisman Trophy winning quarterback and NFL Rookie of the Year Robert Griffin III is back in the NFL. RG3 has signed a one year deal with the Baltimore Ravens. Griffin III's role is likely to be serving as the backup quarterback for incumbent quarterback Joe Flacco.

The former starting quarterback for the Washington Redskins and Cleveland Browns was not a part of an NFL roster in 2017. The last time Griffin III played in the NFL was in December 2016 after returning from an injury suffered earlier in the season. Although RG3's career started off with high expectations (a playoff appearance and double digit win season), the relationship with the coaching staff and ownership derailed potential future success with the Redskins franchise. In forty career starts in the NFL, Griffin III has thrown for forty two touchdowns and ran for another ten. Can RG3 still be a successful NFL quarterback? Let us know below.
