Schumer to Give Nipper Historic Status

NIPPER IS HERE TO STAY

Schumer, who never met a camera he didn't like, must have felt it was time to get media coverage for something lame, and Nipper was here to help.

I like Nipper -- don't get me wrong, but there is so much wrong with this state that needs fixing and this is what he spends his time doing? Unreal. How about working on how unfair family court is for men? How bout the lack of decent jobs in the Capital District? Or getting real drinks approved for strip clubs?
