Should NCAA Have Vacated Joe Paterno’s Wins?

As part of the punishment handed down from the NCAA today, Penn State's football program has been stripped of all victories from 1998-2011, dropping Joe Paterno from 409 career victories to 298 and no longer making him the winningest coach in Division I football history. Do you agree or disagree with this part of the NCAA's course of action?
