Tragedy in the NFL is nothing new. Thankfully, scenes like the one that involved Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin do not happen often, but they do. Family, friends, teammates and fans hope and continue to hope and pray that Hamlin has a full recovery. The horrible scenes from Monday night drudged up terrible memories for a widow of an NFL player from a game that happened over 51 years ago.

In somewhat of a stunning move and despite being defiant about continuing his playing career, Brian Urlacher has retired after 13 years, all with the Chicago Bears. After contract negotiations broke off with the Bears in March Urlacher pronounced himself ready to continue playing even with another team...

Cutler stood on the sideline against the Packers in the NFC Championship Game because of a sprained MCL.  A sprained MCL?  Terrible.  I love the people who are justifying Cutler's actions and trying to apologize for this wuss.
