The New Jersey Devils have back themselves into a corner. The Los Angeles Kings shut them out Monday 4-0, and take a 3-0 series lead in the Stanley Cup Finals.
Heading into the Western Conference Finals the San Antonio Spurs seemed untouchable. After two losses in Oklahoma City over the weekend, they look human after all.
Both Eastern and Western Conference finals got a bit more interesting over the weekend. Both the Boston Celtics and Oklahoma City Thunder even things with their heavily favored opponents.
Game two of the Eastern Conference Finals was a close one between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat. The Heat ended up winning it on overtime 115-111, but this foul went unnoticed by the officials.

Heading into this shortened NBA season, many believed that the Boston Celtics didn't have enough left. They hade nough to eliminate the young Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, 85-75, and now advance to the Eastern Conference finals to face the Miami Heat.
It was a rematch that was 18 years in the making. The outcome however was much different this time. The Devils hang on in overtime to beat the Rangers 3-2.
