Eric Gelinas scored a first period tally for the Albany Devils Saturday night. However, that's all the Devils scored in losing to the Springfield Falcons Saturday night on the road, 2-1. Springfield scored the first goal of the game, then was kept at bay the rest of the contest until the shootout, that is, when the Falcons outscored the Devils 2-1 to get the win and the two points in the standings
