‘Office’ Fans, Can You Name Every ‘Dunder Mifflin’ Branch in New York? [LIST]
Fans of the TV show The Office: I have a challenge for you.
First, allow me to provide a bit of context. The Office is an American television sitcom, which was adapted for NBC from a British show with the same name. The show aired from 2005 to 2013, and lasted for nine seasons.
The show is produced in the mockumentary format, meaning that it looks like a real-life documentary, but the action captured is all scripted. The show follows employees of the fictional paper company, Dunder Mifflin.
The vast majority of the show follows the lives of employees of the Scranton "branch" of the company, as Dunder Mifflin has branches scattered across the Northeast.
Outside of New York, Dunder Mifflin has active branches located in Scranton (PA), Nashua (NH) and Akron (OH). Locations of past branches include Camden (NJ) and Pittsfield (MA), among others.
That said, there are quite a few branches of this fictional paper company that exist in New York, and multiple that sit in Upstate. The show's writers will occasionally slip details in about these New York locations, including a defunct branch that was based in Albany.
