The Rail No Issue For Justify in Belmont Stakes

So why is the drawing the rail so bad? It worked out for just fine for Justify on Saturday at the Belmont Stakes. He has early speed and went right to the lead and the rest is history. The rail never played a factor in the outcome of the race, and Justify clearly had enough left in the tank to win the Triple Crown. It’s not supposed to be that easy when breaking from the rail, but on Saturday, for undefeated Justify, it was!
