PHILADELPHIA - Where the average home value is $235,953 but do you really want to be an Eagles fan?
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY - Where the average home value is $232,705 but you'd have to dress funny and go to that "other" track.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA - Where the average home value is $227,543. At least you'd have the Indy 500 and John Mellencamp lives nearby.
GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA - Where the average home value is $242,389 but you'd have to live in Greensboro, NC.
ALBANY, NEW YORK - Believe it or not Albany is still one of the best values in the United States with the average home value at $268,179.
