What Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors has done shooting the basketball is nothing short of incredible. Breaking Ray Allen’s 3 point record of 2,973 with 500 few attempts is what’s most impressive, and the fact he did it at Madison Square Garden makes it even more special. MSG is called the Mecca of basketball and Curry has made a career of having big nights at MSG, and now he can add an historical night at the Garden to his illustrious career. Curry has won two MVP awards, and Steph is well on his way to winning a third.

We checked in with Marc Berman from the New York Post who was in the house for the historic moment and boy was he surprised with how so Steph Curry friendly the environment was. In the meantime he also answered what was wrong with the Knicks and he clearly takes exception to the move Thibs made to bench Kemba Walker. As he explains in the interview above, the Knicks are 1-7 since Walker was removed from the rotation and quite frankly, it makes absolutely no sense that he was completely taken out of the lineup. It seems to have even made the locker room deflated and question the head coach some. And as Marc also explains to us, without a true leader in Julius Randle it has been tough for the team to get back to the level they were at last season. And has the fact that there is more fans in the building lead to Randle returning to pre-All-Star form? It is possible and Berman let us in on all the inside information there!
