After a loss at home on Saturday night against Lehigh, the UAlbany men's basketball team bounced back with a blowout win against Canisius on Wednesday night.

Led by Ahmad Clark and Cam Healy, who both poured in 20 points to led all scorers, the Great Danes shot over 56 percent from the floor while holding Canisius under 35 percent from the floor.

“I’m proud of the way we responded to the opening night loss", Said Head Coach Will Brown. "I thought we played with a tremendous sense of urgency tonight.  If you play tough, you have a chance to win, and tonight we played with the toughness we need to play with.  Playing unselfishly and with toughness on both sides of the ball is a recipe for success.  So we got the win, and we’ll enjoy it, but tomorrow we have to start preparing for Manhattan.”

Sophomore Malachi de Sousa added a double-double with 10 point and 10 rebounds.
