The UAlbany Men's basketball team moved to 1-0 in conference play after a 74-62 win at Binghamton on Saturday. The conference opener featured the America East Rookie of the Year from last season in Binghamton's Sam Sessoms and the Rookie of the Year runner-up in Albany's Cam Healy.

Healy finished with a game high 17 (12 in the first half) while Ahmad Clark had 16 points and a team high 7 rebounds. Sessoms finished with 22 points on 8-16 shooting.  UAlbany out rebounded Binghamton 42-33, tying its second-highest rebounding total of the season.

Head Coach Will Brown joined Rodger Wyland and Chris Onorato to discuss the opener of conference play and look towards their next opponent in Maine on Saturday at 3pm at SEFCU Arena.
