Was there a winner last night in Powerball?

Nobody won the grand prize in last night's massive Powerball drawing from the NY Lottery, but multiple New Yorkers won their share of the billion-dollar jackpot, including a $1M winner downstate and a $2M winner just outside of New York's Capital Region!
The winning numbers from Halloween night's Powerball jackpot were:
13 19 36 39 59 *13
Not one player had all 5 numbers plus the Powerball, so tomorrow night's Powerball is estimated to be over $1.2B!

Were there any winners from New York?  How about close to home here in Upstate?

According to the NY Lottery, there were (10) $1M dollar winners, including a ticket sold at a 7-Eleven in Westchester.
Another Upstate NY winner scored a $2M prize from the drawing on Halloween night - that ticket was sold at the Parkway Drugs on Fench Road in Oneida, New York according to Lottery officials.
9 New York winners took home $50K for their share of 3rd place.

All in, New Yorkers won nearly $4M dollars from last night's Powerball jackpot - and we'll have a chance to play again on Wednesday night in what will be the second-largest jackpot in the history of Powerball.

Back in January, someone from Upstate NY took home a piece of that week's Powerball jackpot - which soared to over $630M!

Wednesday night's jackpot is expected to soar over $1.2 Billion Dollars!

According to the NY Lottery, the odds of hitting a Powerball jackpot is 1 in 292 million.
The odds of winning $1M is 1 in 11 million and the $50K winners had odds of 1 in 900K.
