State Police Officers in New York are looking for information on an Upstate NY man in connection to a homicide back on February 18th.  They've shared photos of the wanted man as well as the last car he was driving.

The smug man seen in the police photo is 31-year-old Michael Snow of Massena, NY.  Massena, in St. Lawrence County, is a few hours northwest of Albany, near the Canadian border, where Snow was last seen driving the vehicle in the photo below.

On Sunday, State Police in New York asked for people to share their information about Snow, currently in custody, for the alleged murder of Elizabeth Howell, a  21-year-old woman from Patterson, NY who was found deceased on February 18th.

Here's what State Police wrote on their Facebook page over the weekend:

The suspect, Michael Snow, 31, of Massena, NY, is charged with one count of murder 2nd degree in connection with the homicide. On the date of the homicide, Snow was observed operating the below-pictured vehicle, a gray Honda Civic bearing NY registration KVE2731. The vehicle has damage to the driver's side door.

According to the post, police have been able to ascertain that Snow's vehicle "passed through Potsdam, Hopkinton, Malone, Westville, Hogansburg, and Massena between 5:00 p.m and 8:30 p.m. on February 18."

Anyone who may have seen Snow and the vehicle during these times is asked to contact the New York State Police Troop B Communications at (518) 873-2750.

Assisting the New York State Police in the search are the Potsdam Police Department, University Police Department at SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, and the United States Department of Homeland Security.
