RODGER'S QUICK TAKE: If losing quarterback Tom Brady wasn’t a big of enough of a loss, the New England Patriots won’t have Pro Bowl linebacker Don’t’a Hightower because he’s opting out. Hightower became a father on July 16th and wants to be with his family and not risk it by playing this season during the Pandemic. There are six Patriots players who are doing the same thing as Hightower. Hightower is a three time Super Bowl Champion who anchors the New England defense. Replacing the Captain of your team, won’t be easy. Starting to look like it will be a very long season for the Patriots.
