Why Did Dion Lewis Choose the New York Giants?
Earlier this offseason, Dion Lewis decided to join the New York Giants and his former Special Teams coach in New England Joe Judge. During that free agency period, I thought the perfect place for Dion to end up was Tampa Bay along with their new quarterback Tom Brady. Why did he decide to join the G-Men instead? Make sure to listen above and every weekday from 10 AM to 1 PM!
Other topics we asked Dion about was about the run he and the Titans had last season, his experience in the Capital Region at UAlbany with the Giants and who the best coach he played for in his career is. I think you may be able to guess who that is, yup Bill Belichick.
Speaking of the Patriots, I am starting to believe the mock drafts that have the New England Patriots taking a quarterback somewhere in the NFL Draft. Head Coach Bill Belichick has taken a quarterback in 4 of the past 6 drafts, and with Tom Brady in Tampa, New England might be wheeling and dealing mode. Patriots could really use a Tight End and a few better Wide Receivers, but at the moment Belichick has to choose between Jarret Stidham and Brian Hoyer. That’s why drafting another quarterback makes a whole lot of sense.
