Why Haven’t We Heard Who’s On Hard Knocks Yet?!

I make no apologies for the fact that I absolutely love the NFL! Whether it's the games,  the Draft or simply random news I'm hooked! So it should be no surprise that I'm on the edge of my seat over which team will be featured on HBO's Hard Knocks. This time last year we already knew the Cleveland Browns would be featured, so what's the hold up this year?

There are 3 ways an organization can avoid mandatory inclusion on the show:

1: Have a first-year head coach
2: Have appeared in a playoff game the last 2 seasons
3: Have appeared on Hard Knox in the last 10 years

Based on those rules there are five teams that can't say no if asked. The Oakland Raiders, New York Giants, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers. There are rumors that the 49ers have already been ruled out. There are also reports that the NFL and HBO are attempting to get the New York Jets and/or Jacksonville Jaguars to wave their right to decline the show. I've made no secrets that my favorites are either the Raiders or the Giants but right now I just want to know who!!!

Here are the Vegas odds on which of the five teams that can't decline will be the subject of Hard Knocks.
