WWE Superstar Booker T. Coming to Albany! Want to Meet Him?

The Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown is a beautiful shrine to the greatest players of all-time. Whether you get in as a pitcher, position player, coach or even a team owner, you are among the elite few that are granted this honor based on your accomplishments.

Did you know this isn't the only Hall of Fame in New York State? We also have the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in Albany and this Summer they will be inducting some deserving athletes with WWE Superstar Booker T in attendance as a special guest!

The International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame is a not for profit entity honoring the history of professional wrestling from around the world. Just last year they inducted their inaugural class including Bruno Sammartino, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Mil Mascaras and many more. See the full list HERE.

According to a press release, the IPWHF will hold the 2022 induction ceremony at the Crowne Plaza Albany - Desmond Hotel on Saturday August 27th! The not for profit group is proud to announce that WWE Superstar Booker T will be in attendance for the weekend celebrations and you could meet him!

Booker T will be in attendance for the weekend's festivities to include meet and greets, Q and A panels as well as the induction dinner. Check for ticket availability HERE.

Soon you will be able to see the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame itself! The Grand Opening is scheduled for induction weekend and will be located on the second floor of the MVP Arena in Albany.
