Major League Baseball's biggest criticism is they don't market their young stars and no longer appeal to young people. There's a solution to that and he's in Washington, Bryce Harper is a STAR! He's young (only 22 years old), He's good looking(always doing his hair) and he's good...REALLY GOOD. So it's perfect to get advertisers to rally behind him. In a perfect world Bryce Harper and Mike Trout will battle for title of best in baseball for at least the next decade.

Harper has a reputation of being a hot head and maybe a little full of himself but so what? He's the best and fun to watch. So it makes perfect sense that he's the center of a Gatorade commercial and a Mets fan is out to get him. Hey if you can't have your biggest star in your biggest market have him be their biggest rival!
