While the Yankees have been relatively silent at baseball's Winter Meetings in San Diego, and the Mets only real move has been re-signing reliever Scott Rice, the Los Angeles Dodgers are apparently turning over their entire roster.

On Wedneday, the Dodgers completed three deals -- and are nearly set on a fourth that would send talented but oft-injured superstar Matt Kemp to the Padres.

1. The Dodgers acquired SS Jimmy Rollins from the Phillies for two minor league pitchers. Rollins should serve as a stopgap until talented prospect Corey Seager is ready for the majors.

2. The Dodgers then traded SS Dee Gordon and P Dan Haren to the Marlins for a package of prospects, including former ValleyCat Kike Hernandez, and pitching prospect Andrew Heaney. Gordon led the NL in steals with 64 this past season.

3. The Dodgers then turned around and flipped Heaney to the cross-town Angels for 2B Howie Kendrick.

4. The Padres are close to trading to Kemp and catcher Tim Federowicz to the Padres for Yasmani Grandal and others.
