Team Fredette is on the verge of that $2 million prize in The Basketball Tournament and we'll find out if having the best player on the floor continues to lead to having the best team.

Jimmer Fredette's numbers and impact on this tournament have been silly. He's stirring up nostalgia and nightmares; the first from fans of his while at BYU and the second from players who tried to defend him. Jimmer is averaging 32.7 points per game and he has his team now only two wins away from the winner-take-all monetary prize.

ESPN basketball analyst Dan Dakich has had a front row seat for some of Team Fredette's games and after some admitted fatigue during Jimmermania, Dan is back on board with the craze that is taking over TBT. Some people may have been sleeping on Team Fredette, but after a 22 point win over Scarlet & Gray (Ohio State players), they won't sneak up on anyone in the semifinals or finals in Baltimore.
