How Impressive Did Aaron Rodgers Look Vs The Giants On Saturday?

Jets fans have to be feeling very confident and optimistic with Aaron Rodgers and this team overall. Rodgers had a nice showing on Saturday night vs the Giants and threw a beautiful touchdown to his new apparent favorite target Garrett Wilson. The route looked very similar to the Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers connection. Wilson has the potential to be very dangerous with his explosive speed. You just hope that Mekhi Becton and the offensive line step up for Rodgers. Below is my quick take on this as seen in the Times Union:

Mission accomplished for quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets. Rodgers wanted to play in a preseason game and not get hurt. Not only did that happen on Saturday against the Giants but he also threw a perfect pass to Garrett Wilson for a touchdown in a game that put out him right where he wants to be before the start of the regular season. The Jets have been the talk of the preseason, but the preseason is just that the preseason and doesn't mean much. Let's see what happens when the Jets open the season on Monday night September 11th against the Buffalo Bills, when we will learn more about Gang Green and how good they are supposed to be.
