How Much Better Would The Patriots Be With DeAndre Hopkins?

The New England Patriots have been linked to DeAndre Hopkins for quite some time now and he would absolutely improve their team and offense overall. He is one of if not the best receiver in the entire league and has the lowest drop rate of any receiver. It would make the Patriots a much bigger threat in the AFC East where they are already being project bottom of the division. You would hope signing Hopkins fixes some of the internal problems within the team and organization. Below is my quick take on this from the Times Union:

The New England Patriots seem to be falling apart at the seams, but if anybody can string it back together it’s head coach Bill Belichick. There has been friction this off-season between Belichick and quarterback Max Jones, and between Belichick and owner Robert Kraft. Belichick has repeatedly questioned how much money Kraft is willing to spend to improve the team. In the meantime, the Jets added quarterback Aaron Rodger's and both Buffalo and Miami have more talent on their rosters then the Patriots do. If you're picking the Patriots to finish last in the AFC East, you're in the majority. While I can see why that's a popular pick, I'm banking on Belichick to make sure that doesn't happen.
