In a brief one-on-one interview, Giants General Manager Jerry Reese talked all things New York Giants, and refuted numerous weekend reports that he had "ripped" 2011 first round draft pick Prince Amukamara.

When two time Super Bowl winning GM Jerry Reese met with the media at the start of training camp, he remarked that he expected cornerback Prince Amukamara to "Play like a number one pick."  It was an innocent comment that some of the media ran with, claiming that Reese was calling out the 2011 first round pick - trying to motivate him, perhaps.

On Thursday, Reese and I sat down and he refuted such claims, saying the comments were "blown out of proportion."  We also discussed Mathias Kiwanuka's role on the defense, how he expects the running game to fit with what was a dynamic passing attack, the philosophy behind building a team, and the emotional toll taken when making cuts.  Check out the full interview below. **iPad and iPhone Users: Click the red link below the audio player to download the interview.**
