For the first time since I can remember, the NFL is going to be allowing NFL teams to both wear dark jerseys in games this year - although it's only on Thursdays.

The NFL is using this new uniform-ing as part of its "Color Rush" theme that will begin this upcoming Thursday night when the Bills take on the Jets.

Take a look at what the two teams will be wearing:

I don't like the Jets jerseys. That's too much green, plain and simple. The Jets have worn all-green before so it's not like that hasn't been done before, but this shade of green is new.

The Bills are the real difference here, as they will wear all-red. I really think I could get on board with the Bills in red tops and white pants, but not with red pants also.

I'm surprised the Bills didn't go back to the red helmet of the 90s-early 2000s to really give themselves a "cherry" look.
