This summer was supposed to be all about "The Captain" Derek Jeter. The New York Yankees were set to have a great team and Jeter was set to take his rightful place in the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame. Sadly we're all waiting to see if there will even be baseball this year and we're all going to have to wait until the Summer of 2021 for The Captain to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame. So in honor of Jeter here is my "Top Five Derek Jeter moments."

5 Jeter arrives in Albany "OK, guys, I'm here. Your worries are over."

4  2006 ALDS Game 1 Jeter goes 5 for 5 with a homer to the chants MVP(Yankees win game one but lose the next 3 and Justin Morneau is wrongly named MVP)

3 The Dive Yanks/Sox July 1st 2004 robbing Trot Nixon and coming up bloody

2 The Flip ALDS Game 3 vs Oakland in 2001

1 4/2/1996 1-4 with a homer and a sweet over the shoulder catch. Saved the Yankees. George wanted to trade Mariano to Cleveland for Felix Fermin.

Of course "Mr. November", the 3,000th hit, and many more moments could have been on my list but these were the five that stood out to me. Please feel free to add your favorite moments below.
