Starting to sound like a broken record over here after another 1-2 week for my locks. I have legit excuses after last week but excuses don't pay the bills. So back to the drawing board and here's three more picks which will hopefully improve my 11-12-1 season total.

The Buffalo Bills circled the wagons and gave the New England Patriots their best shot. There were moments it felt like that shot might be good enough but sadly it was not. This week the Bills will host the Chicago Bears. The Bears are a little banged up but with the Bills coming off an emotional loss and a short week to get over it this could be a tough match up. Add in the potential of Nathan Peterman under center and I have no choice but to lay the ten points and take the Bears. Bears - 10

It seems odd to me that team would trade one of their top stars to a team they are going to face that week but that's exactly what has happened between the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans. Wide Receiver Demaryius Thomas will be a Texans this weekend when he returns to Mile High to face his old team. I think the Texans are the better team and head coach Bill O'Brien will give Thomas a chance to show off a bit against his former team. I'll take the Texans + 1.

This is a game I went back and forth on it's the battle of the "HEY WE'RE PRETTY GOOD TOO" teams. The Chargers are looking up at the one loss Chiefs while the Seahawks are behind the undefeated Rams. If this game was in LA I'd take the Chargers 9 times out of 10. In Seattle I had to really think about it but now that I have I still think the Chargers are simply the better team. Chargers +2.
