Former Albany Great Dane  guard Logan Aronhalt who left the Albany program after the past season has decided to transfer to Maryland.

The terps are coached by Mark Turgeon. Aronholt is eligible to suit up and play right away as he has already earned his degree.

Reports sat Aronholt, the 2nd leading scorer on the Albany team had a few choices to go over including Purdue and Kent State.

A big factor in Aronholts choice was his education  as maryland is said to have the top school in Kinesiology. At Albany the 6 foot 3 shooting guard had a GPA just under 3.8.

The 2nd team America East guard averaged 13.8 points per game and 4.3 rebounds. he also was 1 of the top marksman shooting  38% from the 3 point stripe!

As for the stepped up league and competition, Aronhalt played some of his finest Basketball against Pittsburgh University.
