There is no real way of getting around the fact that the loss of the star defensive end, Jason Pierre-Paul, is a major blow to the New York Giants with four games left in the regular season. Pierre-Paul was playing like the JPP of old, but is now most likely out for the season following sports hernia surgery on Wednesday morning. Romeo Okwara and Kerry Wynn are the replacements, but neither of those players have the ability close to that of Pierre-Paul. The timing is not good, especially with the 11-1 Dallas Cowboys coming to Metlife Stadium on Sunday night.
