In the immediate aftermath from Super Bowl XLVII, one of the biggest topics of conversation was the melee that occurred during the second quarter. San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick threw an interception to Baltimore safety Ed Reed, and once the play ended, there was a skirmish between several players from both teams.

Wow you don't hear as much crying about the BCS these days as we usually hear. Maybe it's because the BCS haters are starting to realize the system works and has worked for the most part. At the beginning of "Game On with Bruce Jacobs" yesterday afternoon, Bruce suggested during "The Cross Talk" (sponsored by our good friends at Duke's Barber Shop) that another car wash bet be made between himself and Brian Noe. I was not able to moderate this discussion yesterday, but I think it's a weak bet and we need something fresh...

Ok I admit this is a little over board as I like Notre Dame as well, but Program Director Brian Noe (104.5 "The Team" ESPN Radio) is a big Notre Dame fan. The question is, can Noe suit up to play for the Irish when they kick off the season this coming Saturday taking on Navy in a game that will be played in Ireland...
