Red Sox starter Jon Lester admits to drinking beer in the clubhouse, but he says it has nothing to do with the team's September swoon.
The Yankees got a much needed win against their AL East rival Red Sox on Friday night as they defeated the Red Sox 3-2. The key to their victory were the 4 solid innings turned in by their bullpen, who did not allow a run. Yankees also got timely hitting to knock in their go-ahead run.
