UAlbany got robbed of an opportunity to upset Louisville with virtually no time left on the clock. The refs swallowed their whistles on an obvious foul call as Devonte Campbell attempted the go-ahead 3 from the left wing. Campbell's shooting elbow was hit as he released the shot and yet there was no call.

A play that should have resulted in Campbell going to the free throw for three shots, ended with his 3 hitting off the back of the rim as the clock ran out on a two point loss for UAlbany. The Great Danes trailed by double digits at times in the second half and even held a three point lead late in the game proving that belonged every bit to be on the same court as an ACC powerhouse program like Louisville.
