Would UAlbany Upsetting Duke Be More Impressive Than Lehigh?

Last night, the bracket for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament was unveiled, revealing that the UAlbany Great Danes will face the nationally-ranked Duke Blue Devils this coming Friday in Philadelphia. If they are able to pull off the upset, would UAlbany's victory be more or less impressive than Lehigh's upset of Duke from last year's tournament?
