1. Coughlin's Future- The most obvious question on everyone's mind following the third consecutive season with a losing record was the future of Giants head coach Tom Coughlin. Coughlin understood the reality of the situation but would not address his immediate future with the team. He dismissed any reports that he would resign as head Coach of the New York Giants and boldly stated that nothing had been decided yet.

2. Support For Coughlin- Despite the struggles the Giants have had, Coach Coughlin continues to earn the unwavering support of many players in the Giants locker room. Justin Pugh has spent his first three seasons in the NFL under Coughlin. "I love him. I mean he's the one who drafted me and gave me a chance," he said. "He's a future hall of famer. Im going to look back and say I played for Tom Coughlin and learned a lot of great things from him."

3. A Season Defined- The New York Giants 2015/16 season can easily be defined as one of missed opportunities and the inability to finish. Over the course of 16 games Big Blue could never seem to fix these critical errors. The National Football League is all about accountability and with their season over the organization will most certainly be asking where the core problem is.

4. Fix The Defense- The New York Giants rank dead last in total defense for the 2015/16 season. On the fifth play of their final game against the Eagles, DeMarco Murray exploded for a 54-yard touchdown run. Big Blues defenders have shown the inability to stop big plays all season. The team was largely hindered by it's inability to have any form of solid presence from it's linebacking core. If there is one area the Giants must improve there is no question that it is on the defensive side of the ball.

5. Back To Coughlin's Future- The future cannot be written but what has happened in the past cannot be denied or forgotten. For 12 seasons Tom Coughlin has been at the helm for the New York Giants. During that time he captured the greatest glory imaginable and secured two SuperBowl titles. Regardless of what the future may be, Coach Coughlin has established a standard and work ethic that will forever be hard to match.
