A 99 year suspension is pretty unheard of. I mean Pete Rose has a life time ban for committing the cardinal sin of sports by betting on his game, baseball. This guy is such a dirty player he's literally going to have to wait until he 130 to play Rugby again. This is a viscous kick the the face like I've never seen in real life.
